  • Author: Maria
  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving 1x

Description

Enjoy a delicious Tiramisu Latte, featuring a rich blend of espresso, warm milk, and vanilla, topped with whipped cream and cocoa powder. This creamy coffee treat is perfect for those seeking a sweet indulgence!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee
  • 1 cup milk (whole, skim, or your favorite non-dairy alternative)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (for dusting)
  • 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur (optional, for an adult version)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Brew your espresso or strong coffee. If using an espresso machine, pull a double shot (about 2 ounces). Alternatively, use a French press or stovetop Moka pot for strong coffee. Set aside to cool slightly.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the milk and sugar. Heat over medium, stirring occasionally, until warm but not boiling. If you have a milk frother, froth the milk until light and airy. If not, whisk vigorously or shake in a jar until frothy.
  3. In a large mug or glass, pour in the brewed espresso. If using coffee liqueur, add it now. Slowly pour the warm milk into the mug, holding back the foam with a spoon, then spoon the foam on top. Add the vanilla extract and stir gently.
  4. Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream. Dust with cocoa powder using a fine mesh sieve and sprinkle chocolate shavings on top. Optionally, drizzle chocolate syrup over the whipped cream.
  5. Serve immediately while warm. Pair with a small piece of tiramisu or a biscotti for a delightful treat. Enjoy your homemade Tiramisu Latte!

  • Experiment with different types of milk for unique flavors.
