Description

Indulge in these no-bake Oreo Truffles, made with crushed Oreo cookies and creamy cream cheese, all coated in rich chocolate. Easy to prepare and perfect for any occasion, these delightful treats are sure to impress your guests!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (15.35 oz) Oreo cookies
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (optional, for thinning chocolate)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional, for drizzling)
  • Sprinkles or crushed Oreos for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed into a powder.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese to the crushed Oreos and pulse until well combined, forming a thick, dough-like consistency. Scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  4. After chilling, scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball (about 1 inch in diameter).
  5. Place the rolled truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  6. Refrigerate the truffles for another 15-20 minutes to firm up.
  7. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth. Add vegetable oil if needed to thin.
  8. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and place back on the baking sheet.
  9. Melt the white chocolate chips in a separate bowl and drizzle over the coated truffles using a fork or piping bag.
  10. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with crushed Oreos or colorful sprinkles if desired.
  11. Refrigerate the truffles for about 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
  12. Transfer the truffles to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
  13. Serve at room temperature for a softer bite.
