- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed
- 6 ounces white rum
- 3 ounces fresh lime juice
- 2 ounces simple syrup
- 1 cup ice cubes

- Sugar, for rimming the glasses (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Mango: Peel and cube the mangoes.
- Chill Glasses (Optional): Freeze daiquiri glasses for 15-20 minutes.
- Prepare Simple Syrup (If Needed): Combine equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves, then cool.
- Rim Glasses with Sugar (Optional): Moisten glass rims with lime wedge and dip in sugar.
- Combine Ingredients: Add mango, rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice to a blender.
- Blend: Blend on high until smooth. Adjust consistency with water or ice as needed.
- Taste and Adjust: Add more simple syrup for sweetness, lime juice for tartness, or rum for strength.
- Pour: Pour into prepared glasses.
- Garnish (Optional): Garnish with lime wedges and/or mango slices.
- Serve: Serve immediately.
